preparation | Take 10kg hedyotis diffusa to add 10 times the volume concentration of 75% ethanol reflux extraction 2 times, 1h each time, concentrated under reduced pressure at 60 ℃ to a relative density of 1.10-1.20; Decolorized by adding 0.5% by weight active carbon to the concentrated solution, centrifuged at high speed, the supernatant was taken and dried under vacuum to obtain crude extract of hedyotis diffusa; the crude extract was dissolved in 30% methanol, eluted with a 30% methanol aqueous solution using an ODS open column as a stationary phase, and methanol was recovered and dried under vacuum.
